Consistent and Reliable
In 1952, a small custom plating shop opened its doors as Lincoln Plating.  By 2007, the company had grown into a multi-million dollar organization that focused on finishing-intensive parts and accessories for original equipment manufacturers including Harley-Davidson, Peterbilt, Kenworth, John Deere, Hendrickson, Tenneco Automotive and Whirlpool.  Supplying to the heavy-duty truck market requires two things: quality products and consistent delivery.  At Lincoln Industries, we provide both.

From Start to the Finish
From start to the chrome plated finish, Lincoln Industries manufactures the entire chrome exhaust stack.  It starts with bringing in quality tubing material from from a Nebraska vendor just up the street.  Quality systems and manufacturing excellence ensure consistent bends, cuts and product consistency.  Polishing of the exhaust stacks is performed in-house and is either automated or semi-automated allowing for an even surface.  Lastly, 100% of the chrome plating is done under the same roof as order processing, engineering and polishing—all at Lincoln Industries.  And if you need the part ceramic coated, Lincoln Industries provides that service in the same building, too.  From start to the finish—we provide it all.

Quality Chrome
Lincoln Industries has been in the chrome plating business for over 50 years with many customers.  We understand what quality chrome really means.  First, it starts with flawless material held to a standard twice that of ASTM specifications.  Second, you create a smooth surface through expert polishing.  Lastly, quality nickel chrome requires experience.  Our nickel chrome products start with a multiple-pass cleaning step, three layers of nickel (duplex nickel plus micro-porous) for improved adhesion and corrosion resistance and, finally, a controlled layer of chrome.  We have strict process control on all of our tanks and we have our own laboratory for research and development to ensure customer satisfaction.  There is no one else in the industry that will provide a better nickel chrome part and stands 100% behind their workmanship.
