Authorized Distributor
Lincoln Industries has several first-class distributors throughout the country. To find a distributor, please visit the website at www.lincolnchrome.com and view the “Contact Us” page. To become an authorized distributor, please contact Customer Service.
Ordering Online
If you are an authorized distributor of Lincoln Industries exhaust stacks, you may go to www.lincolnchrome.com and enter your order via our secure website. These orders are automatically uploaded into our computer system several times a day. Once the order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Changing an Order
If you need to cancel your order, contact Customer Service. Please include the order number of the items you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.
If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item, you will need to contact Customer Service for assistance. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.
Please note, if your order has already been processed, you may not be able to cancel or modify it.
Email and Phone Orders
If you would prefer to email or phone in your order, please contact Customer Service. To increase accuracy, emails must include an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file can be automatically uploaded into our system. Emails with orders typed in the body of the email will be returned for an electronic file. Orders can be emailed to sales@lincolnchrome.com.

Freight, Handling, Taxes, Duties and Insurance
Prices do not include taxes, customs and duties, or insurance all of which shall be paid by the customer. Insuring of the product is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Methods
For orders shipped to a U.S. destination of $1500.00 or more before taxes, freight will be prepaid by Lincoln Industries unless otherwise requested. Orders shipped by Lincoln Industries are FOB Lincoln, Nebraska.
For orders shipped to a U.S. destination of $1499.99 or less before taxes, orders will be shipped via UPS. Cost of freight is determined by four shipping regions: northwest, northeast, southwest and southeast. Contact Customer Service for specific state information.
Orders for products in stock will generally ship in 48 hours of acceptance of order. Emergency orders can be placed until 12:00 PM central time and will generally ship same day if in stock. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Lincoln Industries may deliver products ordered in installments. Any delivery or anticipated shipment dates are estimates only. Lincoln Industries shall not be liable for, and expressly disclaims any liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense associated in any way with any failure to delivery in accordance with any specific delivery schedule or shipment date. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, all shipments are subject to product availability. Products that are out of stock may not be available for immediate shipment. Further, Lincoln Industries specifically reserves the right to curtail or cease to manufacture and/or sell any product at any time without liability or prior notice.
Title and Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the products to carrier at Lincoln Industries’ facilities in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Returns
All exchanges and returns require a Return Materials Authorization number which can be obtained by contacting Customer Service. All returned products must be in resalable condition and in their original packaging. Product and packaging cannot be damaged or marked. Returns will be authorized for standard stocking items purchased within 90 days of the return request. Return requests for non-standard products, products purchased more than 90 days prior to the return request and items classified as obsolete, slow moving or non-stocking will be reviewed to determine demand and Lincoln Industries may either grant or deny a return authorization for such items in its sole discretion. Returns involving 10 or fewer items or an aggregate amount of $500.00 or less will be subject to a ten percent (10%) restocking charge. Returns involving more than 10 items or an aggregate of more than $500.00 will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Return shipping charges must be paid by customers. Items returned without prior approval will be refused. Lincoln Industries reserves the right to deny any return based on any criteria it may determine to be appropriate. After authorization of the return and receipt, inspection and acceptance of the products, credit, net the applicable restocking charge, will be issued at the current sale price or the sale price paid at the time of purchase, whichever is less.
Limited Warranty
Lincoln Industries warrants that products sold by Lincoln Industries shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. During said one (1) year period, Lincoln Industries will repair or replace any goods which are defective and which are returned to Lincoln Industries with transportation charges prepaid. Product needs to be installed by a qualified professional. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE, LINCOLN INDUSTRIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS AND MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO QUALITY, CONDITION OR MARKETABLITY OF THE PRODUCTS, SPECIFICALLY INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY ARISING UNDER ANY STATUTE, COMMON LAW, CASE LAW, COMMERCIAL USAGE, CUSTOM OR OTHERWISE, OR ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ALL OF WHICH ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CUSTOMER’S SOLE REMEDY WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIMS ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM LINCOLN INDUSTRIES IS TO RETURN THE PRODUCT UNDER THE RETURN POLICY SET FORTH ABOVE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE, SHALL LINCOLN INDUSTRIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PRUPOSE, DEFECT OR LOSS OF USE OF ANY KIND, EVEN IF LINCOLN INDUSTRIES OR ITS AFFILIATES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF ANY LAW OR COURT FIND THIS LIITATION OR LIABLITY OR ANY PART OF IT UNENFORCEABLE, CUSTOMER’S SOLE REMEDY SHALL BE A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE PRODUCT.

Any representations set forth in the catalog as to product use or application are for illustrative purposes only and are not designed or intended to be relied upon by customers who purchase the product.
Governing Law
The laws of the State of Nebraska will govern these terms and conditions, and the sale of all goods and services furnished to Customer in connection herewith without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
Entire Agreement
The terms and conditions set forth above are superseded and replaced all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating thereto, and constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and these terms and conditions may not be supplemented, altered or modified by the use of any other documents, and any attempt to modify these terms and conditions will be null and void unless agreed to in writing by an authorized office of Lincoln Industries.
